Eating Disorder Therapy Group
Group currently on hold; accepting referrals to resume soon! The Eating Disorder Therapy Group is a recovery-oriented meeting for adults and older adolescents (when appropriate) of any gender; includes meal support/exposure; ideally part of more comprehensive treatment or aftercare including individual sessions, family/peer support, dietetic services, and medical monitoring. It is appropriate for sustaining recovery after a higher level of care or as first treatment for mild/moderate anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, weight shame, or chronic dieting issues. Topics include coping with emotions, honoring hunger and fullness, healthy movement, countering weight bias and dieting attitudes, self-acceptance, and establishing connection to others.

Dual Diagnosis (MH/SUD) Recovery
For individuals seeking support for recovery for a combination of mental health and substance abuse issues. This structured group employs cognitive behavioral therapy, social support, psychoeducation, and experiential activities to foster change. Members will have access to TCN individual therapy, peer support, psychiatry/MAT, drug screening, and coordination with family or external referral sources, as needed. External supports including 12-step, spirituality, or other community resources are encouraged.

MH 101: Skills Group
This group is facilitated by a talented Master's Counseling Intern at our Kettering office or via telehealth. Accepting clients with Medicaid or sliding scale payments. This Mental Health group is designed for adults who could benefit from increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, coping skills, communication/boundary work, stress management, and overall confidence navigating life’s challenges. It’s a good fit for clients who may benefit from extra support learning and practicing foundational mental health skills in a structured but interactive group setting. Services are provided under my supervision.
