MYBody, PLLC is now offering Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am-11:00am. Treating the spectrum of eating disorder diagnoses. Learn how to overcome maladaptive eating behaviors, change disordered thinking patterns and learn new ways to manage difficult emotions.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group
Join us for our dialectical behavioral therapy skills group. Each six week session will focus on one of the four DBT modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Wise Body Warrior: 5 Day Eating Disorder Intensive
This 5 day intensive outpatient treatment is tailored to immerse those struggling with emotional eating, binge eating disorder, or stable bulimia nervosa in sustainable recovery solutions. The Wise Body Warrior program will focus on dialectical behavior therapy skills, yoga therapy, mindful and intuitive eating education, nutrition skills, and overcoming body shame/dissatisfaction.
