Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Group
Join Lance Madow, LAPC on Tuesday (starting October 10) for a D&D therapy group. No prior experience required! The core of D&D is about storytelling -- players will collaborate to tell a collective story, guiding heroes through dangerous quests. The adventure itself is only limited by the imagination of the players around the table. This group is open to all teens aged 14-18, and is a queer and trans affirming space! This group requires a 12/week commitment, and is $90/session. A phone screen is also required, priced at $30.

Trans Femme Teen Support Group
This space will offer room for individuals to process, build community, garner social support, and participate in activities and skills building. The group will meet in-person weekly at the Grounded Wellbeing office, starting on Wednesday, September 20th from 5-6pm. The cost is $35 per session; equity pricing available. The group is facilitated by Jacklyn Byrd, LPC, NCC, (they/she).
