Dual Diagnosis Group
Looking to jump start your personal growth, gain new perspectives, find your safe space, or just need a sounding board? Our Dual Diagnosis groups are for anyone with a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis. Group therapy can be effective as a standalone treatment or paired with individual therapy. For some, adding a weekly group as part of their treatment plan can increase positive outcomes in therapy. In other words, you will feel better faster! The group is facilitated by a skilled therapist experienced in creating a therapeutic environment and a supportive Certified Peer Support Specialist.
