Ten-week anger management class with certificate at completion.Learn the eight tools of anger control. Structured program with a workbook taught by Dr Fiore who has conducted more than 1000 classes since 2002. Includes topics such as how to better manage stress, how to develop more empathy to reduce anger, and how to communicate more assertively.
