Donation-Based Community Yoga
Monthly, workshop-style yoga practices are offered in the studio and virtually. Registration is required, visit our website for details! This offering supports those in our community interested in cultivating a deeper connection with self through yoga practice. What to expect: beginner-friendly yoga asana, intention setting, guided meditation, breath practice, somatic release, freedom of choice! This is an outdoor practice (indoors when necessary). Dress comfortably, bring any comfort items, a yoga mat/towel/blanket, water, and yourself! Bug spray or oils are encouraged for outdoor practices. Donation-based, PAY WHAT FEELS GOOD! *A registration waiver is required for attendance.
