Were you recently sentenced to participate in Anger Management by the courts? Or Are you finding that your anger is causing more kaos in your life than you anticipated? Well this group is for you. This group is designed to focus on learning specific skill building techniques to improve your anger by identifying your triggers and utilizing coping skills to cope with anger appropriately.
