Rebuilding At Bethel
Rebuilding at Bethel is a three part series for individuals who are experiencing the end of a committed relationship. It consists of Genesis; a weekly drop in program that is open 52 weeks of the year and is free. The second level is the Rebuilding:When Your Relationship Ends class. This 10 week class is based on the book by the same title and the ten week program is offered four times a year. The third part of the program is Movin' On and it is social networking group for graduates of the Rebuilding Class.

The class is based on the book by the same title that is authored by Margaret. This class covers the history of dating, brain chemistry changes when falling in love, personal rights & responsibilities, how to set healthier boundaries, how ones family of origin issues can interfere with healthy mate selection, defining your values to better match with someone with similar values, identifying the portion of the population that you may not want to bring into your life and more.

Women's or Men's Self-Esteem and Relationships
A ten week class for adult women or men. The women's class -Beyond the Looking Glass is offered on Wednesday evenings and the men's class - Quest- is offered on Monday evenings. The classes cover the basic concepts of healthy self-esteem and take a mindfulness approach to building and maintaining shared power in relationships at work, with family or with a partner. Cost is $330 & advanced registration is required. There is a mandatory book and study guide which is included in the fee. Each class is offered four times a year.
