Digital Mindfulness Group (Virtual)

This is a 6 week long group that aims to help individuals bring mindfulness in their relationship to the digital world and help rebuild their relationship to themselves. Participants will focus on learning and practicing mindfulness in the digital world, rebuilding their connection to themselves and others, and gaining insights into their behaviors regarding the digital world. This group aims to help participants deepen their understanding about themselves, their relationships to the digital world, and learn to build more sustainable and beneficial digital behaviors.

Young Adult Process Group (Virtual)
This is a weekly ongoing virtual interpersonal process group for young adults (ages 20-30) to come together in a safe environment and explore topics such as their identities, relationships, careers, mental health, and find a sense of belongingness with one another. Participants will focus on personal goal-setting, improving communication, building confidence, and gaining insights into interpersonal dynamics. This group aims to help participants deepen their understanding about themselves and their relationships. Led by a licensed psychotherapist, the group promotes emotional growth, peer support, and the development of coping strategies for lasting personal growth and meaningful connections.
