Dialectical Behavioral Group Therapy
Our Adult DBT Group helps individuals build practical skills for managing overwhelming emotions, improving relationships, and creating a life that feels more stable and meaningful. DBT, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is an evidence-based treatment designed to support people who struggle with intense emotions, impulsivity, conflict in relationships, or feeling stuck in painful patterns. In this group, participants learn and practice core DBT skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The group offers a supportive, structured environment where members can strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and learn new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Radically Open DBT
Our Radically open DBT group is part of a comprehensive RO-DBT program which includes individual therapy, skills group, consultation team, and phone coaching. Many people struggle with mental health issues associated with overcontrol including anorexia nervosa, autism spectrum disorder, chronic depression, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorders. These adolescents are often perfectionistic, serious about life, set high personal standards, behave appropriately, work hard, and sacrifice personal needs. In social relationships, individuals with issues of overcontrol often struggle with joining with others and creating intimate bonds. RO-DBT teaches “radical openness:” openness, flexibility, and social connectedness.

Finding Solid Ground
The Finding Solid Ground Group is a structured, skills-based program designed for individuals experiencing the impact of complex trauma and dissociation. Grounded in research-informed treatment approaches, this group focuses on building stability, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening a sense of internal safety. Participants learn practical tools to manage distress, reduce overwhelm, and increase connection to the present moment. Through guided exercises and supportive group discussion, members develop greater awareness of internal experiences while enhancing their capacity to function in daily life.
