Dialectical Behavior Therapy (online)
DBT has become a gold-standard treatment for many mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, mood disorders, eating disorders, cutting, self-harm, impulse issues, borderline and other personality disorders. DBT combines the basic strategies of Cognitive Behavior Therapy with eastern mindfulness practices. During our weekly sessions we will teach, model, and role play skills from each of the four DBT skills training modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness.

A Psychodynamic Process Group (online)
Small group of people with previous experience in treatment. Members define their own goals: grief, loss, trauma, relationships, codependency, self-esteem. Most have issues regulating difficult emotions and need a space to process experiences in a productive way. The group dynamic helps participants identify blind spots that limit life-satisfaction. Within the supportive environment of the group, members rediscover previously muted aspects of themselves, have corrective emotional experiences, create a support system independent of prescribed roles outside group, and gain a sense of personal mastery. Mix of Psychodynamic & DBT modalities.
