Low-cost psychoeducational adolescent group for ages 11-13, not for Borderline personality disorder. Appropriate if struggling with anxiety, depression, self-identity, emotional dysregulation, or ineffectively interacting with peers. Parenting a teen with intense emotions can be extremely difficult. This DBT group will give you and your adolescent the tools needed to help regulate his or her emotions. Each member will be assessed prior to ensure the group is a good fit for him or her.

OCD Mothers support group
Mothers of all ages welcome. If you are unsure whether or not you have OCD, you can still join our group because we will be discussing issues related to: stress of parenting, negative thought patterns, and constant worry with family, work, and in other environments. Using cognitive behavioral approaches, we will give each other feedback to gain parenting and relationship skills- and activities of daily living to maintain a positive state of mind.
