Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence based therapy that has been found to be effective across a wide range of issues and behaviors. DBT helps people learn to manage intense emotions and decrease impulsive behaviors. DBT has been shown to be helpful with emotion regulation, decreasing anger and anxiety, increasing feelings of happiness, as well as with self-harm, anger outbursts, suicide thoughts or attempts, difficulty with interpersonal effectiveness, & substance use. Groups are each 90 minutes with options of either Sundays 10-11:30am, & Mondays 5pm-6:30pm, Tuesdays 5pm-6:30pm.

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy- RODBT

Radically Open DBT targets disorders of overcontrol such as treatment resistant depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and OCPD. RODBT is helpful for individuals who are experiencing significant difficulty with emotional expression and connection, isolation, avoidance, all or nothing thinking, high rigidity and perfectionism, and harsh self-judgments. Groups are 90 minutes once a week via telehealth. Group time options: Mondays 12pm-1:30pm, Tuesdays 9am-10:30am, & Thursdays 11am-12:30am.

CBT for Adult ADHD

This is a virtual ongoing weekly group that is evidence based for working on executive functioning in adult ADHD. While attending you'll also receive support from others with ADHD and learn skills to manage the impact of ADHD on emotions, relationships, and work. The group is Sundays 1pm-2:30pm.
