Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group

DBT Skills Group is conducted every Monday from 2-4 PM. This group meets on Zoom. This is one component of a complete DBT program as established by Marsha Linehan, which emphasizes participation in both skills groups and individual therapy. The group is designed to teach skills in each of the 4 modules of DBT program. The group is conducted like a class, and is not designed to be a therapy or process group. The therapy occurs during the individual sessions. This group is open to both adults and adolescents. This group is led by Tammy Rovane, LMFT.

This group is led by Kim Sullivan, LMFT. This 2-hour group meets on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30p. This group meets on Zoom and in person. It teaches the DBT skills from the 4 modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. This group is structured like a class; it is not a process group or therapy group. This group is open to both adults and adolescents.
