Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Classes

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized form of therapy that is designed to help adults, adolescents and their families cope with dysregulated emotions and behaviors. Skills classes run year-round and include the DBT modules of Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Running for 7-9 weeks at a time at various locations and virtually, structured classes provide practical tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges with resilience. Led by skilled facilitators, participants engage in group discussions, experiential exercises, and practical applications of evidence-based skills.
