Developing Skills for Secure Attachment

This group will focus on women sharing experiences and building skills for a secure and healthy relationship. We will be using the book Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How it Can Help You Find and Keep Love by Amir Levine and Rachel S.F. Heller. This group will be held online for 4-5 weeks. It will be a one time payment of $40 which includes that book. This group is for 18 and older adult women.
