I have always been so passionate in the art of trauma healing. It is a very delicate and difficult topic, yet necessary to address as we navigate our daily lives. Unprocessed traumas can result in unhealthy behaviors, relational challenges, and mental health issues. My goal is to create a safe space first and foremost to begin uncovering deeper wounds together. From working in addiction and mental health treatment, with extensive group therapy experience, I have learned how incredibly powerful and valuable a group experience can be in the process of trauma healing.
