Depression: Support group led by Therapist.

A support group for depression is a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where individuals living with depression or other related mental health challenges can connect with others who share similar experiences led by therapist. We will work on coping skills to help manage depression. This group will start when we have 4 clients signed up. It's an open group where members can join after the group begins.
