Depression Group
The Depression group is facilitated 2nd & 4th Monday of the month by a Licensed Mental Health Counseling using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy within the group setting. The cost is $25.00. The counselor helps the clients see their own patterns of self defeating thoughts, distorted thinking and how thoughts effect feelings which effect behaviors.
