Dependable One: Boundaries, Burnout, & Self-Trust

A supportive group for Black women who are used to carrying everyone else. We will explore overfunctioning, guilt, family roles, and the difficulty of choosing yourself without feeling selfish. This group combines honest reflection, practical boundary work, emotional regulation, and support from people who understand what it means to be “the strong one.” This group is best suited for women who already recognize the pattern and are ready to begin practicing new responses in real life.
