At Delta Mental Health of Saint Louis, I strive to help patients achieve greater agency, self-awareness, and purpose within their lives. I believe that improved psychological well-being has the potential to not only address areas of distress but to open up new opportunities within relationships and professional pursuits. To do so, I integrate training and expertise in psychotherapy along with respect and curiosity for each individual’s life experience and perspective.
