Deconstructing Relationships

DECONSTRUCTING RELATIONSHIPS: LETTING GO OF JUDGMENT, MASTERING FORGIVENESS, AND NURTURING INTIMACY Relationships can be the source of great suffering and great fulfillment. With a proper deconstruction of the dynamics involved, we find the problem involves using judgment as a defense, and that the defense backfires. Healing becomes a matter of developing empathy for the way the other is attempting protect themselves from fear, AND receiving the same empathy from them. This group offers powerful practices toward this goal, transforming the problems in our relationships into the extraordinary opportunity for fulfillment they hold. Deconstructing Anxiety
This group uses the foundational powerful practices from the award-winning Deconstructing Anxiety method. Participants bring whatever problems they wish to resolve, deconstruct them down to their core fear, understand how some form of the chief defense is backfiring to make the problem a problem, and use the master key to healing: “doing the opposite of the defense”. Powerful structures and strong community support help ensure real growth each week. 6 CE credits per month available (This group has many therapists but also lay people--appropriate for anyone interested in personal growth).
