These groups are designed to help young people deal with the death of a loved one by sharing experiences, identifying emotions, increasing coping skills,and finding ways to memorialize the loss. This is done through age appropriate methods that include art, music, play, and discussion.Groups meet twice a month.

Mood Management Training Institute
Children ages 7-17 will learn to identify, regulate, and express emotions in a recreational/therapeutic 1-day program. Parent session included. Snacks & lunch included. Friday, June 12, 2015 9-5:30 pm. Full and partial scholarships available.
