DBT Skills Integration Group

This is a structured, trauma-aware, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills integration group. It serves adults who would benefit from more support and accountability than weekly therapy alone can provide, but who don’t need the support found in higher levels of care (IOP, PHP, residential, etc.). This group sits in the therapeutic gap between general self-maintenance and intensive care. The group offers skill education/practice and connection to support patients’ stability and continued progress; with the intention of turning coping skills and life improvement goals into real-life habits.
