I am not running any groups at this time. I can offer DBT Skills as part of individual sessions, The DBT Skills consists of four sets of skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Mindfulness, or staying in the moment, is the core DBT skill. Distress Tolerance Skills are coping skills to help get through a short-term crisis situation without making things worse. Emotional Regulation Skills help understand emotional functions and encourage a widening range and flexibility in response to everyday situations. And Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills help us interact more effectively with others.
