A safe place to learn DBT coping skills with like-minded folks. Skills are taught from the following modules: mindfulness (getting in control of your mind), distress tolerance (surviving a crisis and not making things worse), interpersonal effectiveness (getting what you want, saying "yes" or "no", keeping or ending relationships), and emotion regulation (naming your emotions and changing ineffective emotions). These skills are essential in validating your experience while getting the life that helps you want to wake up in the morning.
