This teen group is especially helpful in helping teens manage anxiety, depression, and other issues they are struggling with. The DBT skills group includes: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress tolerance skills. DBT skills group

Clients in this Adult group will be able to learn Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills. Dialectical behavioral therapy, or DBT, is an empirically supported, comprehensive treatment that is effective for treating complex mental health problems. Clients will receive weekly group classes teaching them how to implement mindfulness and other valuable skills into their everyday lives. This helps them to more effectively manage stress and everyday challenges. One of the skills taught is: "Wise mind": where a person takes emotion mind and reasonable mind together and makes a "walking the middle path" or "wise mind" decision.
