This DBT skills group teaches evidence based skills that will help you increase your distress tolerance, improve relationships, and better regulate your emotions to live a life worth living. Each group is two hours long (with a 15 minute break), and is designed to help group members learn and generalize skills use into their daily lives. We have two well-practiced, trained, and compassionate facilitators for this class—Delanie Doyle, LCSW, and Jordan K. Harmon, LCSW. We have both in person and virtual groups available.
