Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals establish "a life worth living" through four practical skill sets. Group members will learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills to decrease negative vulnerabilities and unhelpful behaviors and improve relationships (including with yourself!). *This group is a 16-week commitment that will meet online and is reserved for women and non-binary people ages 20-35 *
