DBT Skills Group for Teens 5:00 to 6:30 pm
Your teenager will meet with other teens in-person each week for an hour to learn DBT Skills: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills, and how to Walk the Middle Path — Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Flyers are posted on our website. Zoom video attendance is also available when you need that. Whether your teen already has an individual therapist or needs one, we can help! Parents Family&Friends DBT Skills group
This group is for parents and other adults supporting someone who is learning DBT coping skills for managing emotions. Learn how to model being mindful and aware of feelings and how to change them, how to tolerate stress, and how to be effective in relationships. This class meets in-person (online attendance is also possible) one hour each week on Tuesdays from 5 to 6pm. Parents don’t need a therapist in order to be in this class.
