This is a 20-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group for non-monogamous adults who want practical tools to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and communicate more effectively. The group follows a structured, evidence-based DBT skills format, covering mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. All skills are taught and practiced through NM examples, with NM assumed in the room, so participants don't need to translate or explain their relationships. This is a closed, skills-focused group. Participants must reside in CA or NY. Screening and intake are required prior to enrollment. Starts March 9th!
