DBT Skills Group for Adolescents/Teens
Our group is designed to support teenagers who are struggling with emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and challenging behaviors. In our group, adolescents will learn practical skills to enhance their emotional awareness, regulate intense emotions, tolerate distressing situations, and communicate effectively with others.
