Connect: Depression and Anxiety Recovery Group
The Connect Group is a group for women who have battled depression and anxiety and enjoy having extra support to get and/or stay healthy. These ladies are welcoming and supportive of another as they do the everyday work of "Life." Laughter and tears are abundant. This group meets ONLINE to allow access for those outside of central IN area.

Young Adult Process Group
This group is for women ages 18-25ish or who identify as a "young adult." It is a true process group to allow a space for young women to process their daily lives, adulting, education, relationships, parents, sexuality, identity, careers, and any other topic that calls for her/their attention. Participants at times use music, art, or writing to share their feelings with group peers. Come as you are. There is a welcoming space and companionship here! Insurance is accepted for this group.
