Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy that teaches people how to live in the present, develop healthy ways of coping, regulate emotions, and improve relationships. In this virtual group, you will learn new skills that build upon each other each week. Group members benefit by being exposed to hearing how other group members are practicing skills. Over the course of four weeks, multiple handouts, experiential exercises, and discussion are used as learning tools. No experience with DBT therapy needed. Next group dates: TBD. Email interest to kat@kathilton.com.
