
This is a virtual DBT Skills Group that meets weekly on Zoom. The group is didactic, feeling more like a class, and we learn DBT skills across four modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Each module is 5 weeks, totaling 20 weeks. The next module starts on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. This group is a great fit for those who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, stop engaging in challenging or impulsive behaviors, manage conflict effectively and/or improve relationships.
