This group is designed for individuals who want to better manage intense emotions, reduce self-sabotaging behaviors, and improve their relationships. Grounded in the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), this group offers a structured and supportive space to learn practical skills in four key areas: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Whether you’ve experienced chronic invalidation, struggle with passive suicidal ideation, or feel like you’re constantly "keeping it together" for everyone else, this group is a place where you don’t have to perform.
