In this eight-week group, we learn a powerful set of coping skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and apply them to daily T1D coping with the emotional burden of management and burnout. DBT skills focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Based on demand, we launch groups in person or virtually for teens (14-18 yr olds) or young adults (18-26 yr olds). No commitment is required to add your name to our interest list on our website.
