Virtual Couples Psychotherapy Group
Join us for an ongoing couples group at Colorful Resilience! This group welcomes couples seeking a supportive space to cultivate relationship skills and build emotional intimacy. Each session will begin with the presentation of skills/concepts, and then couples will take turns exploring their individual relationship challenges. Being in a group allows us to feel less alone in our struggles and receive support within the context of community. LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming. To join this group, the couple must be able to engage without resorting to strategies such as shouting or name-calling. Couples with domestic violence or abuse will be referred to appropriate services.
