DBT Skills for Adults

Now in our 4th year! Big emotions need real coping skills. This 8-week rotational DBT skills group helps adults learn practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, communication, and relationship stress. Group members learn how to better understand emotions, reduce impulsive reactions, manage overwhelm, and get through difficult moments without making things worse. This is a structured, skills-focused therapy group for adults who are appropriate for outpatient group treatment and want practical coping tools they can use in everyday life. Open to anyone engaged with an individual therapist.

ADHD Coping with Houseplants
A 4-session small-group series designed to help you cultivate focus, calm, and growth. Grounded in Horticultural Therapy and guided by DBT skills. If you experience challenges with attention, overwhelm, or emotional regulation, this group offers a fresh approach to coping. We’ll meet twice a month on Saturdays to work with soil, seeds, and mindfulness exercises to build routines, support attention, and nurture new habits, one leaf at a time. Learn to focus attention through mindful interaction with plants, manage emotional reactivity and overwhelm, build simple routines that support structure, and grow new habits.
