This DBT Skills Group is the perfect fit for any teen age 12 to 17 struggling with chronic suicidal thoughts, self harm behaviors, emotional dysregulation, and/or relationship issues. Join our 24-week virtual Multifamily Skills Group (MFSG) designed specifically for you and teens like yours.
