Due to Covid - 19 *** Group Meetings have been Suspended *** Meet on Mondays, excluding All Holidays. Group runs from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. This group is run from my Home Office. We cover Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance Skills. This is a Skill Building Group and we also incorporate some CBT (cognitive behavior therapy). Group does not meet on Holidays, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Christmas Eve or Christmast Day or New Year's Eve or New Years Day.
