DBT, IOP The PRISM Center - Ethos - Cypress

Houston Psychotherapists has joined with The Prism Center to offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that has proven effective in treating a variety of issues. Our IOP is for adults who are experiencing considerable distress, anxiety/panic, depression, interpersonal struggles and/or problems in coping and functioning. The program is a structured curriculum and includes psychoeducation, DBT and CBT skills, experiential exercises and mindfulness. We strive to teach specific skills to address each of our client's individual needs. IOP is designed to assist clients to focus on here-and-now coping to feel better and to function more effectively and increase overall life satisfaction.
