DBT Informed Skills Group for Adults
Our DBT-informed skills training group for adults aims to reduce the future need for higher levels of treatment by teaching the skills from the four main modules of DBT. Those struggling with behavioral issues, emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, or relational issues can benefit from the emotional and relational life skills taught in this DBT-informed skills training. The group runs on a rotating basis, and members can join any 3-week or 6-week module. Weekly individual therapy and phone coaching are also offered tot hose in skills groups. DBT Informed Skills Group for Teens (13-18 yrs)
Our DBT informed skills training group for middle school and high school age youth promotes the skills from the four main modules of DBT. Treatment focus areas include; school participation refusal, chronic avoidance issues, behavioral concerns, relational difficulties, impulsivity, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, difficult-to-treat anxiety and/or depression, and persistent relationship struggles. The group runs on a rotating basis, and members can join any 3-week or 6-week module. Participants who participate in the group are also offered weekly individual and biweekly family sessions, as well as phone coaching.
