DBT-Informed Recovery Skills Group
This Sunday or Monday group is newly forming, with a plan to begin by 1/2019 (sooner if there is a quick and strong response!!!) This will be a time-limited 8 week group with a focus on developing and enhancing the addiction specific skills originated in the work of Dr. Marsha Linehan. Pregroup consultation and screening will be required.

Special Needs Parenting Self-Care Group
This group is newly forming and is set to begin by 1/2019 on Sundays or Mondays (sooner if there is a quick and strong response!!). This group process will consist of 8 weekly sessions focussing on the concerns and self-care needs of parents (sorry, no childcare available at this time) of children with any special needs or health issues. Pregroup consultation and screening will be required.
