DBT for teens and young adults

We offer DBT for teens and young adults struggling with intense emotions, impulsivity, relationship issues, or shutdown. Through weekly skills groups and individual therapy, clients learn mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Our DBT approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to real-life challenges. For teens, we also involve parents to support progress at home. DBT is especially effective for those feeling stuck in patterns of avoidance or reactivity. With consistent support, clients gain confidence, emotional stability, and tools to make lasting, meaningful changes in their lives.

Ascend Program
Ascend is an intensive outpatient program for young adults ages 18–28 who are struggling with anxiety, mood instability, trauma, or difficulty launching into adulthood. We provide a structured, supportive environment combining individual therapy, DBT-based skills groups, medication support, and wellness practices. Participants learn to regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and take meaningful steps toward independence. Our trauma-informed approach helps clients move beyond survival mode and develop the insight, confidence, and executive function needed for real-world success. Ascend is ideal for young adults seeking a higher level of care without stepping away from their daily lives.
