DBT Based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an outpatient treatment program for adults struggling with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health issues. The program is designed to provide a caring, structured, and intensive treatment experience. IOP is focused on maintaining abstinence and building a sober support network while in early recovery from substance use disorders and mental health challenges. The foundation of the program is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while also incorporating weekly individual therapy, process groups, didactic learning, and experiential therapies.

Virtual Advanced Relapse Prevention (ARP)
The virtual ARP offers strategies to address issues that can pose a threat to sobriety during this phase such as finances, relationships, family issues, career matters and spirituality. The Masters-level clinicians who facilitate this group employ a variety of clinical techniques including psychotherapy process, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Experiential Therapies.

Virtual Advanced DBT Practice (ADP)
An virtual after care group to support clients ongoing long term sobriety and the reinforcement of DBT skills. This group is provided for clients who wish to deepen their understanding of addiction and utilization of DBT skills through a weekly processing group. Clients who participate in this group will gain the benefit of continued support, the building of various skills to manage emotions and triggers, as well as address and work through issues in a supportive environment led by our trained clinicians.
