DBT Adult or Adolescent Skills Group

The educational skills building group will cover 3 modules: Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance; each one being 8 weeks in duration. This is not “Group Therapy”; you will not be asked to discuss personal matters. Rather, you will be asked to identify situations where skills were used effectively or in which they could have been helpful. Commitment to the program is expected and will be discussed upon inquiry. Payment is collected upfront for each 8 week module; if other arrangements are needing to be made, please contact the DBT Coordinator
