DBT Adult Intensive Outpatient Program AM or PM
The program includes weekly individual therapy, group skills training, mindful yoga, mindful self-compassion, and mindful art classes. A 90-minute assessment is required for admission to the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program. Your treatment is customized by a Doctoral or Master's level licensed clinician who uses information gained in the initial session and clinical assessment to best determine a treatment plan for you. Groups are small and generally do not exceed eight (8) people for the purpose of allowing a safe, intimate environment. We offer in person and telehealth services. Let us help you take your next steps.
