Roua Eltayeib and Ndoumbé Fall are excited to launch Daughters of African Immigrants this summer! This group aims to provide a safe space for African women to evaluate their family roles and how these influence other relationships. Members will explore the impact of being raised as codependent givers, confront realities of sexism within our families, and examine internalized beliefs about womanhood. The group focuses on self-care, boundary setting, esteem building, and healing through connection, sisterhood, storytelling, psycho-education, and mindfulness. For questions, contact info@rouamft.com or admin@ndoumbefallmhc.com.
