Dating Support-Women over 40
This is a support group for women who are either considering entering the dating field or are already dating, but feel like they need more support to be successful. We'll discuss personal issues holding us back, as well as tips to navigate the dating field. This group will meet weekly and virtually for eight weeks at an agreed upon time. Confidentiality is required. We will share our feelings and progress weekly as well as respond to writing prompts designed to create clarity and confidence.

Women in Transition- Separation and Divorce
This is a support group for women considering or already going through separation and divorce or for those still struggling after this life-changing event. This group will be limited to a maximum of six women so that there is ample time to listen to and support each other's weekly progress. Optional prompts and readings are offered weekly. This group meets commits to a six week sequence in advance and can be repeated. It meets virtually for two hour sessions. Total confidentiality is required.

Heartbreak Support for Women
This is a support group for women who are heartbroken after a bad break up with a lover, spouse, friend, or relative. As a Narrative Life Coach, I can help through the stages of grief by offering writing prompts to process the heartbreak which we will share as a group. All meetings will be virtual, for one and a half hours and will meet weekly at an agreed upon time for eight weeks. Total confidentiality is required.
